Serenity Support Home Care is a nurse-led home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and personalized care within the comfort of our clients’ homes. We proudly serve individuals and families across King, Pierce, and Thurston counties in Washington State, with a strong focus on dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Our agency is led by two experienced Registered Nurses, Ruth Wainaina, RN, and Britney Ngugi, RN, who bring extensive backgrounds in hospital, clinical, and in-home care settings. Their hands-on experience and commitment to client-centered care guide every aspect of our services, ensuring each client receives professional support tailored to their unique needs
